MS Project import/export 1

Is there any software out there yet that allows a linux client PC to open or import a Microsoft Project file, manipulate/edit it, and save or export it to Windows?

Ideally a product like OpenOffice that can open and save MS Office documents is what I'm looking for.

I haven't used it yet, but RH8 comes with something called Mr. Project that looks just like M$ Project. Their home page is here -->

Thanks Chris, it does look like a good tool, however I need to exchange info with an organisation that users MS Project. Hence the need to import or export info to/from MS Project files.
