I need to be able to graphically display projct status to upper management, (ie. CEO and others) who do not have Project experience. Does anyone know of a way, and a program, that can take MS Project columns as fields to use in a report program. The idea is to create a dashboard to show on-time, delayed and ahead of schedule tasks via pie and bar graphs. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is easily done depending on the version you are using. In Proj2000, there is an export function that would allow you to define an export of whatever you want. The format can be comma delimited (CSV) for use in Access or another db product or Excel format to create a "dashboard" in Excel. The export function may require that you MAP the fields you want from Project to an output format you define. Then you would need to either use an existing table or define a new table for export purposes.

Hope that helps!
