Hi,
Can anybody recommend an add-on for MS Project that facilitates executive management reporting please? Key requirements being:
-Produce visually simple Gantt timelines comparable to a PowerPoint presentation rather than the standard MS Project Gantt timeline functionality.
-Be able to select the items that appear in the timeline.
-Be able to annotate the timeline with explanatory notes.
-Be able to configure the timeline data set (e.g. weeks, months etc. for the columns and function swim-lanes for the rows).
I can get MS Project close to this by formatting the bars and timeline, but when it comes to printing and presenting, especially for executive audiences, I still cannot make it as visually appealing as a PowerPoint type slide can.
