MS Project 2010 Resources Overallocated - Why?

I'm building a project plan to demo some MS Project capabilities. For some reason Project is indicating that some resources are overallocated. I cannot determine why. If it were a task setting, other resources on those tasks would also be overallocated (which they are not). I would attach the mpp but don't have a url (open to suggestions for something that works well for simple public file sharing).
Thanks.

Not sure why - but the problem is occurring because of the last task. I deleted and re-created the task, re-assigned the resources and all was well.

Thanks for looking into this. I deleted the task and it did fix the overallocation. However, when I added it back I'm overallocated again. The steps I followed were:
1. Gantt Chart view delete the task (then went to Resource Usage to make sure overallocation was gone)
2. Gantt Chart view inserted a task then on that line entered description and duration (confirmed still not overallocated)
3. Task Information window to add resources--I select a resource from the dropdown and then type their hours over the units percentage (this is how I'm spreading their work hours over the duration)

After doing 'X' resource, he is overallocated. How did you enter it to avoid this?

Sorry for the delay getting back to you - I can confirm that I can create overallocations which are completely false when I have fixed duration tasks and a very low assignment unit. (1% or less). However, if I change either the work - by a small amount or change the leveling to week by week - the issue goes away.

I see this noted as a bug in internal channels back to last summer. I have raised the issue again and I'll post back if there is a fix. I'd just either increase the work a little bit to force it to recalculate and then all seems well.

@JulieInMaine - The link is for Project 2013 and I have 2010. Should I still install it?
