Hi

I am looking for a basic formula to add into my project.

I would like a column to reflect the following.

Green - Task Completed.
Yellow - Task being worked on.
Red - Task not started yet.

Would appreciate any help.
Thanks
Les

This site is not for homework questions.

Insert the Text1 field and customize it.

Not homework - project is part of daily work.

I understand the text1 field but I am having no luck working out the formulas.

RightMouseButton on the Text1 column header
Click on Customize Fields...
In the Customize Fields dialog popup
Click on Formula
In the Formula for Text1 dialog popup
Click on Field > Number > %Complete
Click on OK
Click on OK in the "Existing data" information message
Back in the Customize Fields dialog popup
Click on Graphical Indicators
In the Graphical Indicators popup dialog
row1: Test: Equals; Values: 0; Image: red
row2: Test: Equals; Values: 100; Image: green
row3: Test: Not equals; values 0; image: yellow
click on OK
Back in the Customize Fields popup dialog
click on OK

(This also works for P2000 through P2003, btw)

Thanks for a prompt reply, the formula works well.

Best Wishes
Les
