I am having some difficultiy with SharePoint team services interacting with MS Project 2002 server. When I publish a document, users cannot see the subweb that gets created. SharePoint Team services creates the subweb. However, from within Project, When you click on documents and issues, Project says:

Microsoft Project Web Access Documents and Issues are based on SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft.
A SharePoint Team Services subweb needs to be created for your project before you can share project documents or track project issues. Subweb creation takes a few minutes, so if the project was just published, wait a few minutes and then visit the page again. Otherwise, please contact your system administrator.

The subweb has been created, but Project cannot seem to link to it. Also, when I go to manualy create a subweb from within Project's web access. It says,

Cannot create subweb. subweb does not seem to exist.

Can anyone help! Thank you in advance

10 minutes ago, i stumbled into the same problem... but didn't find any answers here, so i looked in the dokumentation, and found out that the problem is a limitation in the shareteam service: if you use the projectserver logon, you cannot create subwebs (short answer).

i've just changed my user to a windows account, and now i'm able to create the subweb as i wanted :D

read the "39 administration and customization.doc" in the project training docs found on the ms web-site for more information...
