MS photo Editor not opening

when i click to open any kind of picture MS photo editor acts like it opens, but when i click on the open program on my toolbar it just stays there.. anyone run into the same probelm?

I have had problems with MS Photo Editor as well, sometimes when you try to open a file that is to large in size, it will give you an error that basically states the file is to big. I usually change my default program for that file format to the Imaging program, located under Start>Programs>Accessories>Imaging

Yes but the files i am opening are under 1 mb in size. I have used the program for a long time and all of a sudden it just ownt open now. I am going to try to import a reg entry from another pc see if that helps.

Well i do not know what it's problem was but importing the whole reg file seemd to work.

It happened the same thing to me under windows 2000. When I had W98 it didn't happen. I could solve my problem un-installing office and re-installing.
