MS Outlook

I have a large email file that wont seem to process and be sent. At this point I can delete the file but Outlook won't let me touch it because as soon as I start the program the MAPI Spooler starts working on the file. I am running 2000 Pro and Office 2000 Pro. Any help?

Do you have preview plane on? If you do turn this off as it may allow you to have more control over access to the e-mail.

Thanks CHris but that is not the problem the MAPI Spooler starts automatically when you start the program.

Thank you smah I don't think they came up with anything there but I did find a long fix from Microsoft where you create new pst and use as default then you can go and delete the hung file. Thanks for the response.
