Hi
Can MS Outlook Calendar be shaired with 2 computers on the same network?

What i need is me and my Secertatry to have a shaired Calendar.

Can outlook Calendar be updated after the Secertatry maskes a entery and i can see it on my computer?

Thank you

Also, if you just want to give access to the calender

...go to Folder list view by pressing Ctrl + 6. Right click your calender and click Sharing... In the Calender Properties, go to the Permissions tab and Click Add.. and add the name of the person to whom you want to give access. Dont forget to change the Permission level to what you desire. By default, it is None. So even if you add a person's name, he/she will have no permissions unless you give them explicitly.

Hope this Helps.
