MS Outlook Autocomplete

Is there anyway of exporting the list of email addresses from outlook that appear when I type in a letter similar to the autocomplete in internet explorer.

so if i type in the letter A, all the email addresses I ever sent to appear in a list. How do I export those email addresses in bulk rather than one by one.

Are they stored in a file somewhere?

Any ideas
