Good afternoon,
Question: Can I set up MS Outlook to send reminder emails until a reply is recieved?
How I handle this currently: I send a email to our company in France requesting them to correct the engineering for a bad part number in their database. Most of the time I do not get a reply for many day or even weeks. I have been instructed to send a reminder every 2 hours asking for their response.
Solution I am looking for: I would like to send the original email with my requests. Then Outlook or another software will keep auto sending emails based on the criteria I give it until they reply. Once they reply If they do not answer with in a set period of time, the system would see that and automatically send another reminder. When they do finally send a response they then Outlook or another software would stop sending the reminders because it finds the reply.
I hope this makes sense.
