MS Index Server sample bug?

Does anyone know why Microsoft Index Server's samples crashes when Search is pressed with nothing in the input box of the form. Instead of displaying a friendly error message. advsearch.asp, search.asp, and query.asp all do the same.

Yes, it searches. And yes, it display an error message when something is entered in the form that can't be found.

It might be crashing from being overloaded. If it is searching for "" and finds it on every page. Harold Blackorby

That can't be why since its only on my machine (iis installed). Does it work when you tried the samples?

Could it be my samples?
