I just notice that "All Programs>Games" had nothing but "Yahoo" games in it and all the MS games that were there are gone. How can I get the stock games back in?

What OS? 98 and XP are different. Either way, you will need the Win CD. Basically, add/remove programs > add system programs. I just had a Win 98 that only lost FreeCell. I had to remove all the Windows games, and then install all the games.

Thanks micker,

It's an OEM install of XP, but I guess the procedure would be the same. Was just hoping there was a backup some where.

You could also go online to MS update, and download the Games if you don't have a real (not "Factory Restore) XP CD.

Thanks again, my eyes are getting blurry looking for it at the MS site. LOL I'll check further tomorrow.

Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, Windows components, Accessories and utilities, Games. Checkmark the games you want and click Apply or OK.

They are there.

Bcastners right, if he has a good CD. I mentioned the MS site because he said it was an OEM install.

It figures. Went there but didn't open Accessories to find games! LOL

Thanks people. Alls well.
