MS exchange reported error :0x8004011D.& all folders got invisible

Hi
All of a sudden i got this message. now we cannot see any public folders in any of the client machine.
when i checked on the server, i cant see there either and i get some other error as error 80004005.
i have no idea whts goin on.
please help.

I am getting this error very frequently.
now whtever the microsoft site suggested i checked it, the port number 80 is always there, i still have to reboot the server to fix it.
can you tell me , why this is happening?
