We have an Exchange Server with two NIC cards, one for the public network and one for the private Tape network. From the public network interface we can back up the system at a file level, the mailboxes and the store without any issues. When we try to use the tape network interface name, we can back up the public folders and the mailboxes, but we cannot back up the store. We receive the following error:

12/15/2004 2:36:52 PM - Error bpsched(pid=18084) backup of client test001t exited with status 71 (none of the files in the file list exist)
Does anyone know of any special configuration we need to have to get the exchange server to recognize the second nic card for the backup to work? Thanks
