Hello,
I wanted to get feedback from the people that are longer in the Domain and have maybe some hints how to handle this.
I work for an Organization of +5000 Users and we use MS Exchange on Prem. And like many places we have a lot of people
joining or leaving , so every time a new contact gets created.
My question is this : In the AD the contacts get a lot and fast , and I cannot delete contacts because else the users would get an LegacyDN error if he writes to this contact.
And our contacts have different use cases or sources let s say.
So I wanted to ask how most administrators go on about this , and manage this with having still a relatively clean AD.
Best Regards
