Hello All,

I have excel running a a citrix box. I recently tried to add a customization button in excel and I have noticed that although I add the button as soon as i close excel and open it back up, the customized button that I had added is gone. If i try doing this on any normal workstation the customization remains there as it should. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I figure it must be related to security settings but I have full access open the the MS office directory. Please let me know what you guys think.

Thanks.

Perhaps it has to do with the Macro Security Settings in Excel, which can be set via Group Policy if needed. If it's set to the default of "High", they won't load, or prompt to load when the app is launched.
