I have database setup to do timesheet reporting, work fine, however, I would like to have it open up the form designated in MS Access User Accounts for the user that is logged in.
 
You're not saying you have one form for each user, are you? Much better would be to check who the user is and change the form (recordsource, whatever) based on that information. In any case, CurrentUser() will return the username of the person logged in.

Oh, jeez, not that thread, please. If you read the whole thing carefully (which would take you HOURS), you will see that the person who put out the system for doing your own security eventually states that this is the wrong way to approach the problem. There is security built in to Access, and if you're going to secure an Access database, that is what you should use.
