MS Access Relationships

Dear All,

Please excuse my lack of experience in using MS Access.
I am trying to set up a pretty average database for components and shipments etc. but cannot make sense of the help details for setting up relationships.

Please can you direct me to where I can get a good simple explanation of how to do this.

I would be very grateful for any assistance.
