Hi,

I have a MS Access application that runs a query that selects fields from a table linked to an Oracle database table. When I click the form button that runs the query I am prompted for the Oracle username/password. How can I code for this do it does not prompt me?

Hi,

Start/Settings/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Data Sources (ODBC) - Configure your Oracle Driver and enter User ID & Password.

Thanks, but I don't see where I can enter a password there; I can only enter the user name.

I'm sorry. I just don't see it. I am looking under the 'System DSN' tab.
