Hello all!
I have a question. Is it possible to link MS Access to Outlook? Specifically...My database is of my company's customers (specific retail locations). I have a data entry form that draws form a Customer Table, Contact table, and Face2Face Table (which is information from actual in store visits.) To make it easy for our outside sales people I would like to have all info in 1 place obviously so in that same form I would like to create a subform which will draw from a "new" table specifically for the Scheduling aspect of it. So when you bring up the specific retail account and you make an appointment with the account, can you click a date on a pop up calendar in the form then click off a check box that says "Schedule appointment"...so that access will take that date and send it to the calendar in MS Outlook that is shared with management, so one does not have to manually type in all appointment info in access because it is already in Access to be sent with the click of a button. I hope this wasn't too confusing.
Thanks!
