if you are creating a database in Microsoft Access, and you make a drop down list box to choose options from, how do you make it possible to select more than one option at a time?

Hi Prole
You can't. The dropdown is a list of alternative values for the field. If you have multiple options then either (a) put all possible combinations as separate entries in the dropdown (messy) or (b) create additional fields to take the alternative options.
