I have a query showing the following

No. of Attendance Month Attended Customer Name
5 April 1 James Bond
5 Jan 1 James Bond
3 March 1 James Bond
8 Jan 2 Lily Bond
3 March 2 Lily Bond
5 April 2 Lily Bond

I've created a combox populated by the Month Attended , so a user will select a month and it will run and show the month selected.

Thank you.

I basically need the VBA code for the problem stated. So I a user choses the month of April for example, the query will only show records which contain April on the month attended.

Thank you.

What is the actual SQL code of the query ?
Where is the combox you've created ?

To simplify things, I want to create a combo box query, so a user makes a selection on the combo box then presses a button which then runs a query and the criteria will be based on the selection made on the combo box.

Thanx

So, where are you stuck ?
This is a pretty common thing covered in lot of threads here.

Do you have the query displayed in a form? What mode is the form in?

Can they just use the "Filter for" option under the right-click menu?
