Hi, Does anybody know how to export a report created from Documenter into a table?
I use the export function. But each time it tells me It is unable to find doc_rptObjects.
I dont understand why it needs this in the first place.
Something like this did exist in Access 97.
Thanks in advance,
Martin.

Check out this page that shows how to connect to the records generated by running the documenter

Thats great thanks. I had a quick go and couldnt find the table required. Could find other doc_tbl entries but not the Objects one. Nothing like Microsoft taking things away and making them more complicated is there!

I don't know where your table would be. I would run the documenter and then close Access. Find the MDT file and check its date to see if it was just changed. Then open the MDT with Access directly and look around.
