MRxSmb error is filling up event log

I am getting the following event logged about every 10 seconds and it is filling up my event log. How can I tell what is causing this and how do I resolve it?

My problem was veritas backup-exec (ver 9.0 or 8.6). After i removed it and rebooted the error disappeared.
