MRP Requirements Report from PWE

Obviously, the report is wrong. I found the problems in the code; if you would like the fix, just email me.

I'm also finishing a replacement report in Access that will accept multiple BOM IDs and build a unified Requirements report with only 1 line per part #, regardless of the how many parent products it goes in. The current report will sum across Parents within the main BOM. This report will do that, listing multiple Main BOMs, or consolidate all of one part under just that part number, regardless of how many Main BOMs there are.
