MQseries - PLSQL interface

concerning : interface MQseries - PLSQL packages

For our new architecture I want to examine the possible solutions for an MQseries - PLSQL interface.

Purpose is:
- to start a stored plsql procedure when a message arrives via MQ
- put a message on the MQ from without a stored PLSQL procedure.

Does Oracle provide a solution or do we have to write the MQ handlers ourselves?
