mp3 player implementation

I am concenred in making an mp3 player using c++.
Where to start? I have already made the components but want to cennect them.
Also I want help for the source code.
How to manage the filters.
And the track bar.

Applications that you have in mind are acceptable!

Why don't you use Borland Builder C++. There is a MediaPlayer component, it will make your work much more easy!
