Users are trying to move voicemail, once it appears in the CallPilot folder, to different folders. If they close GroupWise and start it up again the voicemail shows up in the new folder AND reappears in the CallPilot folder. They then delete it from the CallPilot folder and it is deleted in the other folder as well. Can anything be done to stop this? (Seems as if the only thing to stop this is to archive the voicemail to their hard drive, which half our users don't know how to do that and the other half won't do it!) Thank you.
