I am trying to move the server from 2008r2 to 2019. VMP and Manager are on 9.1.12. I have the install files when i upgraded a while back, but for some reason now, the MSI file is not in the installation package. Tried running the setup.exe but it fails because its looking for the msi file. the Manager has the msi file but not the voicemail pro. I can't download it either because there is no support contract. I tried extracting the msi file from the windir in install but that's gone. Is there a workaround this msi issue?

They don't have the VMP 9.1.12. Unless i am not seeing it.

Doesn't look like they do, but the newest one they have should work. It doesn't have to be an exact match.

Yea, but i know for a fact starting with version 10, you need new licenses.

Do you know if VMP and IPO Manager versions have to match? And if i am restoring from VMP db to a lower version, will it work?

That is what I said. You can be a full version off and it will work just fine. At home I am currently running a R11.1 app server and a 9.1.12 system. If you have the MDB file it won't be a problem. Import it. Move the wavs and your done. I put a MDB I created around R9 that I still load to new versions today. I can't speak to 'backup' files I never do it that way.

I would just use the highest 9.1 on that site if you don't have Avaya support web site access.
