Moving TS User Accounts from one TS to another???

We had one of our terminal server computers almost crash on us and the user profiles on it are somewhat personalized and i ended up having to go through and resetup everyones accounts. Also on a side note is there a way to make an account and have all the ones created after that to be exactly the same. Meaning it already has some of the desktop settings changed the mapped drives are already there and such.
