Hi all,

I have a new exchange 2003 server which I want to move all my mail accounts/settings to from the existing 2003 server.

I'm following MS article 822931 and I'm trying to replicate the default offline address book. However when I set the current server to replicate with the new server, the synch status sits at 'In Synch' for the current server, and 'local modified' for the new server. When I try to synchronize content manually I get the error message

'The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service could not find the specified object.
ID no: c1041722
Exchange System Manager'

I have searched on this error but found no clear answer as to why I'm getting it. Both servers information stores are mounted.

Thanks!

Hi all,

Any advice on this one? I'm still having difficulty trying to replicate the public folders of my old server with my new one.

As this isn't working I'm unsure of the next way forward. I know I can move the mail accounts to the new server but without being able to replicate the public/system folders first I know it won't work properly.

did you get any luck on this? I am about to perform a similar scenario ... Move my exsisiting exchange 2003 to a new server with powerfull HW. I just want to check with you how it is going?
