Moving Server 2003

our office moved from one building to another so did win server 2003. I have comcast cable service to provide internet connectivity. The only network hardware I have is a Modem and a port multiplier. I am connecting my modem directly to server but its not connecting to internet. Intranet is running fine. I suspect that publick IP provided by comcast has changed and my server is still using the old one. how do and where do I change public IP. What else do I need to change in order to get connected to the world ? Please help !
