Moving SENT mail

Hi,
the sent 'view' is not a folder, therefore you cannot 'move' documents from it, like you can with the inbox (which is a folder).
If you drag documents from the sent view it will simply create a 'link' in whichever folder you drag to.
It does not create a copy. It creates a link, meaning your mailfile does not get any bigger.
This also means that if you delete the document from the sent view, you delete all links also.
If you know anyone who develops notes databases, they would explain that the sent view is simply showing all mails which are flagged as being sent from your mailfile
