The previous regime at my establishment tried shuffling around printers to move a workstation printer and wanted it to become a remote printer for the bar. Micros is not my strong suit and I am lost when trying to troubleshoot. Any advice would be extremely helpful

hi go step by step add the printer under devices and than link it to the server , than check you order device if they are linked correctly to that printer , after that check print classes if they are linked correctly to the order device , after check your menu item if they are linked to the right menu class
