Moving phones 1

And yet another question. Today I had to move several phones. Most I just switched cross connects but for the one phone that had to be physically moved as there wasnt one already at the pod it stopped ringing. None of the hardware is at fault. I compared the working to the non. The results are below:

------------------------------------------------------- The above phone is not working properly and the one seen below is. As is apparent I believe I need to add on KEY 1.Please could someone confirm whether I am correct with my assumption.If so, could you tell me how. Also could anyone tell me why physically moving a phone has this effect? Thank you for any advice.

that is the tnb of that phone, both key 0 and 1 are 8532, probley mcr 8532, if the are scn or mcn they will not ring, the dnb does not show ringingor non ringing
to change that phone
