Moving Outlook email from lap to desktop

Hi gang,

I know this must be easier then it first appears. How can I move select email messages from my laptop to my desktop (without sending them to myself) using Outlook XP.

What you want to do is copy two files, then put them somewhere you can get to them.
first your .PAB file....Personal Address book
next your .PST file.

user.pab
user.pst

then just import them into your mail client.
