We have a CS1000 (5.5) and a Cisco CCM connected together via tie lines and are slowly migrating users from the Nortel to the Cisco. My question is what would be the best way to move the operators over to the new system and make sure that callers who zero out of any menus or receive redirect to the attendant consoles (2550s) on the Nortel instead route to an extension on the Cisco? We currently have the majority of our T1s come in through the Nortel and the users that are on the Cisco now are being reached via DSCs on the Nortel.

Thanks in advance,

Dale

You will need to remove the Attendant Consoles and change the ATDN to something else, Then make "0" a CDP entry and send it to the Cisco. If "0" doesn't work as CDP make it a dummy acd que and NCFW it to a Cisco DN.

Thanks; That sounds simple enough. I just wasn't sure about redirecting the 0 itself but if at least one of those options works then I should be able to swing it all over quick enough that no-one will notice but the operators :)

also you could just use night service to route the call there, as when you log out of the ATT on the CS1K calls would follow the NIT to the CISCO. In the short term any issues you could just login an ATT on the CS1K.
