Moving Mer mail cube

Hi
I need to move our MeridianMail cube onto another one of our switches prior to our company restructure..but I understand I need a bedding in code to allow this to happen, our telco wants silly money to do this, any help would be great.( uk )

Hi Colin,

To move the Meridian Mail to a different system requires input from your telco. Each system has a unique ID and a keycode is generated for the mail to work with a PABX of a certain ID, should you move the mail to another site with a different ID the mail AML link will not establish. You need a new keycode and this will incur a cost.
