Hi,

I have a client with 2 x MXe controllers, both systems are on version 7.2 and are fully synchronised.

They want to move some IP phones from one MXe controller across to the 2nd controller.

The only way I know that this can be done is to delete the extension on the 1st system, then add it to the second.

Does anyone know if there's an easier way?

Thanks

Andy

I'd export the user details so its easier to re-program but yes that is the only way. If the systems are clustered why do they want to move the ext's?

Hi Tom,

Yeah I have downloaded and then imported the data, the client is wanting to move the extensions from a local system to their data centre controller.

Thanks anything.

Keep in mind there are things that cannot be programmed across systems such as key line appearances.
