Moving from Exhange 5.5 to GroupWise

soon we will be moving to GroupWise.Is there a way of getting all our Exchange mailboxes into GroupWise?
Also what about the pst file? we have people moving between GroupWise and Exchange all the time and every time all email is lost.

Yes it is possible to successfully migrate from Exchange 5.5 to Groupwise. Novell provides a migration tool just for this process. Although you didn't go into great detail on the problem(s) you are experiencing, you might want to check this link out for the .PST migration.
