moving file before a certain time 4

I need to move a number of files from the current dir to another directory before a certain date & time..

Ok. let me go back a bit.. Right now, I would like to list all files before a certain time.. how do I do this ??

You were correct execept for
touch 200403141130 /home/etbc01/temp/filedate.txt
