Moving extensions

We have a Norstar PLUS system and M7310 phones. Automatic relocation is turned on system wide. When I move a phone to a new extension, the old programming follows. I need to know how to wipe out the old programming to allow the new information.

Can anyone help me?

Got it... I knew the books had to have it in there somewhere. I finally found it and got it going..

That is the reason "Set Relocation" is there in the first place, so that the ext and programming will follow when phones are moved. If you don't want the ext to follow you need to turn "Set Relocation" off. You can leave it on and just reprogramm the keys, if that's what you mean by wipe out the prgramming.
