Hello,
I am crash coursing with SP. We currently have SP working on a server along with PS2K3. We have that linked to a seperate server with SQL 2000 installed on it. We have 3 new servers which will have SharePoint and PS2K3 on one, PS2K3 Processes on another (I don't work with that) and then SQL on another. What I want to do is keep our current Intranet (which is still in its infancy on our current box) on one SQL server and then eventually migrate it over to the new box that has SQL 2000 on it that will be playing nicely with our new installation of SP. Is this possible and what are the ramifications?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

This should be corrected. I meant WSS not SP. My bad.
