No preloader!
No sound off button! And this site needs one! At least for my age & patience.
Did you point to that site to remind me of what I promised you? LOL

Looks like a simple mc looping in the background.

Errrr....ummm...no? LOL I am still trying to figure out the preloader :cool: ok, one thing, when I add the scene, its Scene 1 frame 1? cause frame label = frame number right? or am I going at it wrong? Broken Saint >:):O>

No frame label does not equal frame number!

What's your movie's first scene name after the preloader scene?

I never named the scenes, its scene 1 scene 2 thats it :-I umm shuold I name them or leave them the way they are? Broken Saint >:):O>

You don't have to rename them! But as for layer renaming, it mostly makes things clearer... Like using preload, intro, main... etc. etc.
If you haven't renamed them fine, just remember that in your preloader, you must use the exact same name.
Thus in the _root.gotoAndPlay("Scene 2", 1); the scene name (capital letters and all...) must be exactly the same.
A better way is to target a labeled frame in a targeted scene. In your case, if your preloader is Scene 1 and your site is really Scene 2, you could label the first frame of Scene 2 with site (name the frame by selecting it and filling in the Label box in the frame panel) and simply use this in the preloader:
_root.gotoAndPlay("site");
