I'm moving from relatively regulation free Louisiana back to southern California. Does anyone know an online source for the laws and regulations for running cabling in the L.A., Orange, Riverside county areas?

Thanks, looks like $500 and over requires a contractors license surrounded by all the state's gobblygook regs for getting one. Reminds me of why I left that state to begin with but I do miss the good stuff about living there.
