Moving an Exchange 2000 server to new server

Hi all,

Is it possible to recover (or better; move) Exchange 2000 server from a DC to another DC in the same domain? And if so, what is the best way to do this?
Maybe someone can provide me with a link to a whitepaper or KB-article or something?

If same Domain:
1. install another Ex2000server into the Admin Group
2. move all the Ex2000 mailboxes, public folders and system folders to new Server
3. then remove first Ex2000server from the organization.

By doing this you do not have to take the old server offline at all
