ld 20

ftr acd xxxx yyyy it will not let me change the yyyy data it reads that it is already assigned

Thank A TON!!!

Do the following in LD 20 first.

Capture the information and then do a search for the number you are trying to add in. It might be assigned elsewhere, or as a shorter number.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

the yyyy data has to be a number that's currently not in use or assigned as anything on the system.

yyyy data is an acid that i need to move to another acd.

You will need to delete it from its existing location then add it to the new.

All you need to do is only enter the Queue and not change the agent id:

FTR ACD XXXX (No YYYY)

So to change an Agent from Queue 6000 to 6001

FTR ACD 6001

better solution.. out both phones and put them back in.. takes less time then it did to post the question AND you can cause corruption doing a change on acd sets.
