I have a user who has been in another country and using another Exchange 5.5 server for two years. He is now coming back to the US permanetly and wants to bring all of his emails with him. How do I copy his emails from one Exchange 5.5 server to another Exchange 5.5 server? He is using a laptop that synchronizes with an outlook.ost file. He is using Outlook 97 version 8.03.4629.

Moving a user from one exchange server to another

He can export his mail to a .pst file and then import it when he is set up on the new Exchange server. It will auto-populate the server.
