Hi all,

I have a database in SQL 2000 that has to be moved to another server in SQL 2008.
Please if someone could tell me the best approach to migrate this database.

Thanks

What about DTS pacakges? I know that there is some legacy support in 2008, so can you just move everything over and then re-write in SSIS one at a time?

I havent done this before, could you please let me know the steps, thanks
